I have a local installation of ThingSpeak on an Ubuntu Server and it works fine. I need to create a backup of the ThingSpeak database (accounts and channels). So, in case of failure I will not have to recreate the channels and update the boards and applications that connect to those channels with the new channel Ids, read and write API keys.
Taking a backup of the whole system might be a solution. But it would be better if I can take a backup of ThingSpeak database only. Could you please provide me with backup/restore instructions?

You can use something like mysqldump to backup the database:
