You can use the timezone parameter for the Read data API
https://www.mathworks.com/help/thingspeak/readdata.html

The time zones are listed here.
https://www.mathworks.com/help/thingspeak/time-zones-reference.html

Here is an example for +3
http://api.thingspeak.com/channels/9/feeds.json?timezone=Europe/Kiev

I think Rio is -2 at present, based on DST.
http://api.thingspeak.com/channels/9/feeds.json?timezone=America/Godthab&results=1000
or for excel compatible data
http://api.thingspeak.com/channels/9/feeds.csv?timezone=America/Godthab&results=1000

You can get up to 8000 results this way. At present the export to excel does not provide the adjusted timestamp. If you need more than 8000 points, you can use the start and end parameters to set times and use multiple reads.
