I have 2 channels, each using all 8 fields, where the readings are updated every hour or so. I let it update overnight and into the afternoon the next day. I expected to see over a dozen readings but I only see 8 readings at each field. I exported the readings to see if the older readings have disappeared but no, they were all there, just not plotted in the display. When I go to "Field 1 Chart Options", it has a entry called "Results". This showed 60. I increased it to 10000 and that updated the field to show all the readings. But if "Results" showed 60, shouldn't I be seeing the latest 60 readings? Why am I stuck at exactly 8?

Sometimes multiple settings compete. For example, if you had days=1 and results=60, you might see fewer than you expect. Also, the plots can be stale on not necessarily display the latest data without a refresh. Other than than, you should definitely see 60 results when there are at least 60 in the channel. Next time if you see that behavior, please make sure you haven't been logged out and refresh the page. If you see the same result, please let us know here.
The maximum number of points for any read is 8000, so 10k is a bit high, but I'm glad it worked for you.

I changed the read points to 8000 and "days", which was initially blank, to 20. This should give me the readings for the past 2 days without any problem but it only shows 6 readings. The exported readings however, seem to have all the readings. Links to screenshots are below.

From the data you have shown, it appears that you have only about 6-10 non-null values in each field for each day. The rest of the values seem to be spread out over all the other fields. If you want to see the other fields values, you can enable the other fields in the channel settings tab of your channel view. I would not recommend using 'days' and 'results' at the same time, as they can compete and produce undesirable plots. If you accidentally deleted the plot for a field that is enabled, you can add them back using the "Add Visualizations" button on your channel view.

Since your field writes are asynchronous, there are null values in the other fields for each write. Thus when you ask for 60 points, you are getting 7 points and 53 nulls.

If you are writing to the channel from one device, you can write multiple fields at the same time (append &fieldx=yy).
