Hi,

I have two ESP01 based sensors in different parts of the city on different networks that both stopped updating last night around 2:00AM GMT +10. Was there a change? Has anyone else experienced this ?

Ahhh - it appears a change has come into effect regarding the wait time at the end of the HTTP transmission. I had 200mS - it apparently now needs to be 1S. Have changed wait time and all is working again.

Rather than use an arbitrary wait time, why not use the ThingSpeak library? It actually checks that the data was uploaded, rather than use a fire-and-forget approach.

Thanks - I'll check it out. Quite new to this - so have only been following examples. Can you point me in the direction of some that use the thingspeak library?

It is available here. Also has examples for the ESP8266 and ESP32.
