I am working on machine vibration and temp data. For this, I am using a vibration sensor(
and esp32( and I am able to view vibration and temp readings at ThingSpeak. Can you suggest me how to plot a graph for 3 different data using Matlab Visualization?

You should also have a look at the Preventive Maintenance toolbox (PMT). Here is a demonstration using the PMT on vibration data from the fan in ThingSpeak.
