Hello, I have been searching about sending the sensor data by installing the MQTT in laptop.
As I am using zigbee based wireless temperature sensor https://store.ncd.io/product/industrial-long-range-wireless-temperature-humidity-sensor/ using WSN property to send data to gateway receiver locally which is connected with esp32.
Because of two communication devices how can I run MQTTFX setup will send the data to things-network cloud ?
Suggestion on this will be a great help.

If your ESP32 is connected to a network locally and receives the data from the sensor, you can use REST commands or MQTT to update a ThingSpeak channel.
The Things-network is a different service from ThingSpeak.
This example shows how to write to ThingSpeak using the REST calls:

Here is the reference information on Writing Data with a REST call.

You can also use MQTT publish to write data to ThingSpeak.

Once you have the data in ThingSpeak, you can use the power of MATLAB to analyze your data.
