Hi 

I am using the library https://github.com/mathworks/thingspeak-arduino

with function writeFields

 

How can I get the response and control it.

Did not understand it going through the example.

Have a look at the sonar example in the documentation.  There is an example sketch there.  That one uses the ThingSpeak Communication library to read and write data.  The writeFields function returns the http status code, which is 200 if accepted.  Let us know if this helps.
